VR Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte, a leader in the sale of privately held companies, recently facilitated the strategic sale of North State Tile Distributors.  Charlie Walters, the owner and seller of North State Tile Distributors, chose VR Charlotte to sell his company, which has been in business since 1996. 

North State Tile Distributors, located at 4141 Barringer Drive in Charlotte, is a premier ceramic tile distributor in the greater Charlotte area.  They offer the finest products from the United States, Italy and throughout the world, including ceramic tile, marble, slate and other high end stone products.  New owner Jim McCallister has extensive experience in various industries and “looks forward to continuing to grow the business,” notes Phil Hagey, the VR Professional Business Intermediary who handled the transaction. 

VR Charlotte assisted in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis to marketing the business, to negotiating the sale and all the way through closing.  Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
