Brad Offerdahl, President of VR Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte, represented the sellers on the transaction.
Established in 1985, Advanced Machining provides high-precision machining and tool making services. The company specializes in prototype and short-run production for industries such as power generation, aerospace, medical and automotive.
Precision machining and high-tech coating services are core sectors for ZP Enterprises. They are pleased to partner with the shareholders, who will continue to lead the company on a day-to-day basis. Offerdahl facilitated in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis through closing. Details were not disclosed.
